Deputy Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Vershinin called the date of the G20 summit of the G20 in Afghanistan. According to him, it is planned on September 28, reports TASS.
“September 28, as far as I remember, somewhere,” said the Deputy Minister in response to the question of the timing of the meeting.
Vershinin did not specify who will represent Russia at the summit, he explained that the decision is still in the process, the Foreign Ministry awaits invitations.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov appreciated the weapons left in Afghanistan, after the departure of the US military and other NATO countries. According to him, the care of Americans from Afghanistan was hasty and occurred without analyzing the consequences that may occur due to a huge amount of weapons left in the country.
