According to a man, he argued with friends that for two months will be placed in his profile photos with a white-red and white flag. The winner of the bet received three bottles of expensive brandy. In court, the Shevchik explained that he made a photo on June 14, and he took the flag from one of the protesting as a “trophy” and then burned it. The judge appointed Minskhanin 15 days of arrest.
In Belarus, after the presidential election, on August 9, 2020, mass protests began with the demand from the resignation of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and holding new presidential elections. The reason for them was the estimated violations during the voting. A symbol of protest actions was a white-red and white banner (Bel-Chyrwon-Bella Citgua, BCB), which from 1991 to 1995 a goal was the state flag of Belarus.
The first rallies were rigidly ruined by the security forces. Thousands of people were detained, many of whom were told about torture and beating in insulators.
