The Directorate of Space Operations will be headed by the leaders. Research System Development Directorate – Jim Fri, who, according to Asstechnica, has the experience of interaction with Lockheed Martin and Boeing corporations. The publication notes that it was with the leaders that Spacex began to perform piloted flights to the ISS.

In September, the general director of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, said that the American company Spacex headed by Ilonoma Mask squeezes enterprises from the International Space Services Market, as a result of which the second with the first could hardly cooperate.
