Canada’s premiere party won election without getting majority

The Liberal Party of Prime Minister Canada Justin Trudou won extraordinary parliamentary elections, but did not reach their goals and did not receive most places in the lower chamber of the legislature. This is reported by NBC News.

The next elections in the House of Communities were to take place in 2023. However, in the elections in 2019, the Party of Trudo was not able to recruit the majority in parliament, allowing her to freely implement his political projects. Prime Minister decided to dissolve the authority and appoint early elections.

Liberal Party Trudo received only 156 out of 170 seats necessary to lead the majority government. The conservative party received support in 123 districts. Quebec block won 32 districts, a new democratic party – at 28.

Previously, Justin Trudou promised Canadians to punish protesters against coronavirus measures if it re-elected for a new term. The truudo accused his opponents from the Canadian conservative party in the fact that they encourage the movement of anti-recreaks, and promised to strengthen anticoronevirus solutions.
