Employers have increasingly started to allow the corporate parties only those employees who made the vaccination against coronavirus or provided a negative PCR test. Such data are followed from the SUPERJOB online search service survey, RIA Novosti reports.
Similar requirements introduced 37 percent of companies, another 16 percent allowed visiting entertainment activities with colleagues only vaccinated, and each fifth (21 percent) require vaccination, and testing.
“It is obvious that in the future the requirements of employers will be tightened: Superjob is closer to the New Year’s holidays, the increase in the number of companies introducing restrictions on visiting corporate events for unqualified employees,” is noted in the study.
However, 37 percent of respondents said that corporate events can attend all employees, regardless of the presence of antibodies, since they are considered unethical to insist on providing medical certificates. However, employers ask for workers not to come for holidays with symptoms of respiratory diseases. The same companies that require a test or vaccination emphasize that they cannot risk the health of people.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs called the Russians who did not make vaccinations from coronavirus, the condition of removal from work without salary preservation. This is possible if the employee did not provide a document on the passage of vaccination on time. To workers who have medical contraindications, this does not apply.
