The court in Oslo, Norway will consider the request of the terrorist Anders Breivik on parole. This is reported by the publication VG.
According to Eysten Sturrvik, a lawyer of a mass killer, the capital district prosecutor’s office did not agree to provide a pariivik village. Also, the prosecutor’s office refused to consider improving the conditions terrorists. This means that his petition will consider the court.
In September 2020, it became known that Breivik filed a petition for parole. This has become possible, as the criminal served eight years, which corresponds to the minimum term of imprisonment. He also stated that the conditions of detention in prison violate his rights and promised to sue the Norwegian authorities.
On July 22, 2011, Breivik made two terrorist attacks. First blew up the homemade device in the government quarter Oslo – eight people died. After that, the killer penetrated into the youth camp of the ruling Norwegian working party on the island of Utina, where 69 more people were shot.
