From the accrued funds, no retention can be made “on the basis of executive documents, decisions of bodies carrying out the pension provision, decisions of courts on the recovery of pensions and other social payments due to abuses from the pensioner established in court,” is emphasized in the material .
The decree on one-time payment on August 23 was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Support for pensioners will need about 500 billion rubles, and the number of recipients, clarified the deputy head of Olga Batalin, reached 43 million people.
