Gref stressed that the legislation already exists a restriction on writing with the social range of certain obligations, including enforcement proceedings. However, in accordance with the instructions of Putin, to create a joint group and seriously work out the mechanism of action of these rules in the future. The head of school noted that Russians do not share sources of funds and often use them to repay their debts.

On August 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed banks to return the funds written off from Russians for debts from among social benefits. Credit organizations will easily implement this procedure “taking into account their net profit,” the Russian leader noted.
