“All who wanted to leave, left. We flew in four sides, specially ordered, 360 people,” the diplomat said. According to him, the aircraft were taken out of people who could not leave Afghanistan from June 2021, since “for technical reasons” was interrupted by the aircraft between Kabul and Moscow.
