Money for payments to the Russians, announced by the President of the Country Vladimir Putin, will be taken from additional nonnephnetegas revenues and will not increase inflation. This was reported by the press service of the Central Bank of Russia, reports TASS.
The regulator representative indicated that their use was already incorporated into the costs of the current year, is part of the budgetary configuration and is taken into account in the medium-term forecast for price increases. Thus, due to one-time and limited nature, the monetary policy of payments will not affect the Central Bank.
It is about issuing ten thousand rubles to all pensioners, including those who work, and 15 thousand rubles to all employees of the powerful departments. The head of the Ministry of Finance Anton Siluanov preliminarily estimated the costs of these goals of 500 billion rubles.
in the Central Bank clarified that the nature of the costs may affect the trajectory of price increases in some months. Depending on the rate of use of funds, inflation may be higher, but then fall.
The Bank of Russia began to tighten the monetary policy in March of this year. At the last meeting, on July 23, the Board of Directors of the Central Bank decided to increase it at once to 1 percentage point, up to 6.5 percent. The reason for such a decision was the strengthening of inflation and inflation expectations of the population.
Despite such a decision by August 23, annual inflation accelerated to 6.67 percent, which is higher than a five-year high of 6.6 percent. Before that, August 2, payments were started by 10 thousand rubles for a child to families with school children.
