Repeated elections of deputies of the Parliament Kyrgyzstan will be held on November 28. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Sadyra Zaparov.
“by the Presidential Decree on November 28 of the current year is determined by the day of the elections of the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of the new convocation,” the representative of the press service said.
Earlier, President of Kyrgyzstan declared the right of citizens to choose the form of government. He noted that there is a need to change the Constitution in the country. “Only with the establishment of responsibility in the system of government, compliance with the rule of law, we will have a net conscience before the people and hope will appear on a bright future,” the head of the republic added.
On October 15, the former head of Kyrgyzstan Soorbai Zheenbekov resigned against the background of mass protests started in the country after parliamentary elections. Until November 2020, the responsibilities of the head of state performed the Zaparov, freed from the custody by the protests.
