Moscow will have to establish relationships with the new power in Afghanistan. This was stated by the Special Representative of the President of Russia in Afghanistan, director of the Second Asian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zamir Kabulov on Youtube-channel “Soloviev Live”.

Kabulov said that Russia is conducting contact with representatives of the Taliban (“Taliban” – a terrorist movement prohibited in the Russian Federation) for eight years, so I met the change “relatively comfortable”.
