“We will have to establish relationships with the new power in Afghanistan. Frankly, we did this for the last eight years, and, by virtue of this, we were relatively comforted these changes in Afghanistan,” he said.

Kabulov added that Russia together with regional states, as well as Western countries, it is necessary to do the economic and social structure of Afghanistan. “Political arrangement, nevertheless, this is the case and the right of the Afghans themselves. We will have to patiently participate in the process of forming an inclusive, representative Afghan leadership,” he stressed.

According to Kabulov, Taliban serves encouraging signals in the formation of an inclusive government. If it is formed, Kabulov said, there is a chance with the support of the international community to restore order in Afghanistan.
