At the Eastern Economic Forum, the Sber and the Government of the Primorsky Territory concluded an agreement on cooperation in the field of digital health. The document was signed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Alexander Lovingin and Governor of the Primorsky Territory Oleg Kozhemyako. As part of the agreement, the parties plan to cooperate in the development and creation of various digital medical services using remote technologies, including on the basis of artificial intelligence.
Interaction will be organized in such directions as telemedicine technologies, intelligent support systems for adopting medical solutions using large data analysis technologies and machine learning for pre-diagnosis, speech technologies in medicine, electronic recipes and others. To implement the tasks, it is planned to create joint ventures, the conclusion of affiliate and concession agreements and other forms of public-private partnership, in which the selection will provide technological, financial and other support.
