Weightful part of all cases of violence against children in the UK falls in cases of religious organizations. According to the investigation of the independent commission on sexual violence against children (Independent Inquiry Into Child Sexual Abuse, IICSA), 11 percent (443 cases) from the total number of crimes are committed within the framework of religious groups. This is reported by Sky News.
This became aware of the results of the investigation in relation to different organizations and groups operating in Britain. At least 10 percent (726 people) those who are among the suspects in sexual violence are included in this or that religious organization.
IICSA representatives believe that in reality cases of violence committed in such groups, much more. According to members of the Committee, it speaks of deep moral decomposition among supporters of one or another religion.

In 2017, four children were subjected to sexual violence from the Islamic preacher, who trained them to read the Koran in one of the British mosques. At that time, children were about nine years. Subsequently, the criminal was detained, he was condemned for 13 years in prison.
Another case occurred with a ten-year-old girl in one of the churches. The abbot of the temple stated that he could not condemn the rapist until his wines were proven. Soon it became known that the case with the ten-year-old victim was not the only one – he made sexual violence against children and earlier, for which he was kicked out of the police.
