Bitcoina price jumped 6 September

The cost of the most popular cryptocurrency – Bitcoin – jumped to record values over the past few months. According to Coinmarketcap, by the morning of Monday, September 6, the price of Bitcoin was 51.63 thousand dollars for a coin – a maximum of May 2021.

Record peak prices for the main cryptocurrency reached in April. Then the cost of Bitcoin exceeded 65 thousand dollars, but then the price sharply went to the decline: in July, Bitcoin’s cost fell below 30 thousand dollars. By the end of August, the cryptocurrency again overcame the psychological mark of 50 thousand dollars per piece.

CoinDesk analysts explain the current growth situation in world markets and the common interest of investors to risky assets against the background of the growth of basic shares.

Earlier in September, the former US President Donald Trump called the investments in the cryptocurrency “potential catastrophe”. According to him, investments in cryptocurrency “harm the American economy”, he also called on citizens to keep funds in dollars. According to Trump, it was the dollar who should become the “main currency of the world”, and cryptocurrency “may be fake.”
