Proton-PM organized training of employees to close bottlenecks in production

Proton-PM Company (included in the integrated NGO structure Energomash State Corporation Roscosmos) organized production and economic courses for newly accepted controllers without experience in the profession. Certification took place at the end of August 2021. The listeners were assigned the fourth discharge with which they will continue to work in the assembly and mechanical workshops of the enterprise.

Training took place from June to August 2021 and included both theoretical disciplines on the basis of the development department of the enterprise and production practices in the workshops. Three directions of preparation of controllers are covered: assembly and installation work, machinery and plumbing, measuring instruments and a special tool. Proton-PM employees were performed as teachers.

As part of the development of the modified engine of the RD-191M, an enterprise will need 33 of the controller for the development of the NGAR carrier rockets. In parallel with the set of qualified workers, Proton-PM will continue to practice vocational training in the field. In particular, in September 2021, a set of another group of controlles is planned.
