Specialists of the company “Information satellite systems” named after academician M.F. Reshetnyova “(part of the state corporation” Roskosmos “) entered the federal personnel reserve of the rules of the defense and industrial complex.
In order to form a federal personnel reserve, preparations on a special training program will be held seventy representatives of the largest Russian state-owned companies and holdings. The first deputy general director, the First Deputy General Designer Yuri Vydonesky, as well as the Deputy Director, and the Chief Designer of the Industry Center of Large Transformable Mechanical Systems Fedor Synkovsky, are participating from the Devettevskaya Firm in the project.
The program developed by the corporate academies of Roskosmos, Rosatom and Rostech and calculated for half a year, introduces future directors and general designers with advanced management experience for a variety of directions. The training modules include disciplines necessary to achieve leadership in the management of systems, teams, orders and finance portfolios. Also this year, the training course was complemented by conferences on the topics of diversification, the management of the enterprise of the OCK in new realities, technological trends and digital transformation.
Currently, participants have begun to develop projects aimed at improving the efficiency of production processes on the priority areas for the state. Final attestation work will be presented to the Commission, which will include OPK managers. Complete the training of specialists in the federal personnel reserve program is planned on November 30, 2021.
Work on the formation and development of the federal personnel reserve of the OCK was organized in 2020 by decision of the Board of the military-industrial commission of the Russian Federation. The importance of the project and the need for its further development was noted by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin as part of a meeting of the military-industrial commission of the Russian Federation on September 18, 2021.
