President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated his Brazilian colleague Zhair Blsoner on the Independence Day of the country. This is reported by “Sputnik Belarus.”
According to him, the Republic is considering Brazil as the main strategic partner in Latin America and hoped for strengthening bilateral relations in all spheres. “Today, your country demonstrates significant successes in socio-economic development and strengthen its role in the international arena,” said Lukashenko.
Head of State added that cooperation between Belarus and Brazil in politics and the humanitarian sphere will have a positive effect on the quality of life of the peoples of the two countries.
In March, it was reported that a political crisis broke out in Brazil in connection with the coronavirus pandemic: the ratings of the Head of State Zhair Bsonaru rapidly fell due to the number of infections and deaths in the country. 43 percent of Brazilians believe that it was Bonsen who is guilty of a poor-quality response of the authorities to the challenges of a pandemic.
