District Court of the United States sentenced to 27 years in prison in the federal prison of Irish, who was the provider of the largest site with children’s porn. It is reported by the US Department of Justice.
US Citizen and Ireland Eric Eoin Marquez from Dublin pleaded guilty of providing a web service in Darknet. The site allowed anonymously to place more than 200 websites opening access to millions of images and video exploitation of children. Marquez confessed to the spread of child pornography with the participation of minors up to 12 years, including babies and children of nursery, as well as materials depicting violence.
The department claims that almost two million videos are associated with victims that law enforcement agencies did not know. “This is a blatant case, when one person contributed to cruel appeal with more than a million children and tried to hide violence in Darknet,” Maryland Jonathan F. In May, the German Police revealed one of the largest sites for the spread of child pornography in Darknet. The platform with more than 400 thousand people existed at least from June 2019. The investigation also took part in Europe and the law enforcement agencies of the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, USA and Canada.
