President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko canceled visa-free regime for a number of countries. This is reported by “Sputnik Belarus.”
The head of the republic signed a decree making changes to the list of states whose citizens can be sent to Belarus without a visa for a period of 30 days.
In particular, the possibilities of visa-free visits to the country lost residents of the United States, Brazil and Honduras. At the same time, the same decree made visa-free for citizens of Iran, Pakistan, Egypt, South Africa and Jordan. To do this, they will need to additionally acquire a visa to the European Union (EU) or a Schengen zone, as well as in advance to purchase Return tickets from Belarus.
Earlier, Lukashenko allowed a visa-free entry to vaccinate from coronavirus to citizens of 73 states. They got the opportunity to come to Belarus for paid acquisition in clinics, the list of which is defined by the Belarusian Ministry of Health. The maximum stay in the republic for such foreigners is 5 days.
