Rosneft shares have updated the historical maximum on Wednesday, September 15, reaching a mark of 589.8 rubles per joke. At 12:44, they traded at 578.85 rubles.
The growth of the company’s shares occurred against the background of the statement of the Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak that the Ministry of Energy of Russia will present a report on the possibility of providing gas exports to Rosneft through “Northern Stream-2”.
Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the question of the access of Rosneft to the export of gas was raised repeatedly, the decisions were not taken. According to current legislation, a monopoly on gas exports on pipelines belongs to Gazprom.
