Strategic bomber B-2 US Air Force committed an emergency landing

Heavy low-wing strategic bomber B-2 Spirit Air Force (Air Force) USA made an emergency landing based on Whiteman in Missouri, reports The Drive.

As a result of landing, the plane received minor damage. Failure occurred during the fulfillment of the planned training mission. There are no injured and fire. The reasons for what happened are found out.

In September, the American magazine Popular Mechanics recalled that “B-2 was originally intended for penetrating the USSR deep to drop nuclear gravitational bombs.”

B-2 Spirit is the most expensive aircraft in history. The cost of one bombarder (without equipment) is estimated at one billion dollars, with full equipment price increases more than twice. Between 1987 and 2000, Northrop produced 21 such a car.
