“Taliban” (a terrorist organization prohibited in Russia) violated all publicly the promises of the Protection of the Rights of Afghanistan’s citizens. This was stated by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelets at the conference in Geneva, broadcast is available in YouTube.
According to the Commissioner, the country is located in the “New Hazardous Phase”. She noted that the Afghan government mainly consists of ethnic Pashtuns. Bachelet reported that the Taliban excludes women from the public sphere, in some areas of girls over 12 years old banned going to school.
The Commissioner said that the organization receives reliable information about the sprauls, persecution and threats. The militants violate the promises of the amnesty of former civil servants and security officers, arrange searches, executions and attack UN staff. According to her, cases of “murders from the revenge” of the former Afghan servicemen.
Bachelet again called on the international community to take action and stop violence in Afghanistan. “I repeat my call to the Council to take bold and energetic actions commensurate with the seriousness of this crisis,” the commissioner concluded.
Earlier, a representative of the terrorist movement Mohammad Naim rejected all charges of leaders of the “Big Seven” countries on non-compliance with human rights in Afghanistan. In his opinion, all statements of Western states are empty and unreasonable, and the terrorists themselves are “well represented”, as such reports are preparing.
