The representative of the White House Karin Jean-Pierre stated that the United States is still ready to conduct a dialogue with the DPRK. This assumes the possibility of holding negotiations at any time and without prior arrangements, RIA Novosti reports.
White House commented on the test of the new winged rocket in the DPRK, stressing that in Washington, they retain the attitude to direct diplomatic interaction with representatives of Pyongyang. The dialogue in such a manner implies communication “at any time, any place and without prior conditions.”
“Regarding North Korea, our position has not changed. We are still ready for a dialogue with the DPRK in order to achieve the full denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. In this sense, nothing has changed,” said Jean-Pierre during a briefing.
It has previously known that North Korea 11 and 12 of September conducted successful tests of a new high-range winged rocket. Various parts of the engines, control systems and guidance, as well as warheads and other were tested. Launched rockets struck targets at a distance of 1500 kilometers.
