At the “Union’s starting complex” in the Gwiang Space Center, the annual maintenance (GTO) of ground-based technological equipment was completed. GTO has been conducted from August 9 to September 10, 2021 on 29 systems and aggregates in order to maintain ground technological equipment in prepaid for use on the appointment on the eve of the upcoming start-up campaigns.
In the works, 78 specialists of the research institute of the R. Barmin’s starting complexes were involved (the branch of the center of exploitation of land space infrastructure facilities is included in the state corporation “Roscosmos”) and related enterprises.
Works were held with the support of the European Supplier of the Arianespace launch services and enterprises of European cooperation, which in turn provide the work of the Russian side and exploit buildings and structures, as well as the technical systems of the launch complex “Union”.
The daily activities of the calculation of Cenni specialists are organized in compliance with all epidemiological requirements for non-proliferation of coronavirus infection, established by the Government of the French Republic and French Guiana Prefecture.

Conducting the launches of spacecraft is carried out by joint European-Russian start-up calculations. Preparation of the Soyuz-St-Study missile and the operation of the land-based terrestrial equipment supplied by the Russian side is carried out by Russian specialists.
