The minister stressed that so far the supply of electricity in the metropolitan district is fully restored, the authorities are working to bring the network to full capacity in other affected areas.

Reverle did not name the perpetrators in the “sabotage”, despite the fact that the authorities of Venezuela accused the United States in such incidents. Caracas believes that Washington seeks to destabilize the situation in the country and shift from the highest post of the leader of Socialists Nicolas Maduro, he is the current president of Venezuela since 2013. In turn, the United States does not deny the desires for the change of regime in Venezuela, sanctions against the economy of the country are imposed against the country’s economy and recognize the political rival Maduro – Juan Guido, the self-proclaimed temporary chapter of the state (his presidency is not recognized by a number of states and challenges Maduro).
