Proton-PM shared ideas about development of personnel potential of region with governor

A meeting of the Governor of the Perm Territory was held with the asset of enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region of the capital of Kama region – the largest industrial area of the city. The event was attended by about twenty Proton-PM employees (included in the integrated structure of NGO Energomash State Corporation “Roskosmos”) – one of the main employers of the territory.

Governor Dmitry Makhonin told the gathered about the measures taken to combat coronavirus infection, the landscaping of the city, the rate of increasing the housing stock, the development of the educational environment.

“Our region has an ambitious development plan. We see the leaders of industrial enterprises with their main partners in the realization of conceived, – notes Dmitry Makhonin. – Our task is to make the city and the edge of the comfortable environment for the life of young people and the realization of its potential, give Perm women to feel positive Changes here and now. “

Next, the head of the region proposed the audience to express his proposals and ask questions. Deputy Director for Human Resources, Andrei Shishkin, drew the attention of the governor to the need for financial support of industrialists in part of the equipment of the machine park: improving labor productivity and the quality of training directly depend on the novelty of the equipment installed in the workshops and corporate educational centers.

In addition, Andrei Viktorovich noted the importance of the moral and material promotion of the winners of the National Stage of the WorldSkills Russia Championship “Young professionals.” Giving an example of the experience of Moscow, offered to organize a meeting in the near future with the participants of the team of the Perm Territory in the near future, adequately introduced the region on the championship in Ufa, the results of which were summed up on August 29, 2021.

Recall, in June 2021, Proton-PM passed a federal competitive selection for the creation of the first in the country of corporate centers of advanced training (KCC). According to his results, the company showed the best result among the companies of the rocket and space industry and the Perm region, taking the third position in the ranking of 31 participants. The KCOP is created on the basis of the center of dual education of an enterprise that has experience in learning to turn and mill competencies since 2016.

The educational site is a regional base for the preparation and evaluation of WORLDSKILLS RUSSIA Championships. In particular, the winner of the WorldSkills Hi-Tech-2019 Championship of the WorldSkills Hi-Tech-2019 on the turning competence of Anastasia Bashkirtseva and the winner of the National Competence of the Young Prof. 2021 championship and the winner of the National Competence of the Milling Competence Vladislav Shiryaev.
