President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko refused to talk with the West while European states will not remove the sanction from the country. It is reported by BelTA.
Lukashenko called “brainless” restrictions of the European Union and other states. He noted that sanctions humiliate Belarusian citizens. “Until these brainless sanctions and humiliation of our people, we will talk with them (with countries that have introduced restrictions against Minsk – approx.” Tape.ru “) will not”, “the president said.
