Association of Minsk and Moscow do not threaten the state sovereignty of the two countries. This was stated by the Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Puzzchenko, reports TASS.
Politician commented on the Agreement on 28 Union Programs for Integration, which was adopted by the Presidents of Russia and Belarus Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko. According to him, the agreements reached do not imply restrictions and losses either the political, nor economic sovereignty of states.
Pickup said that the authorities intentionally did not allow leaks of information about programs, since the positions of the parties often changed. “We wanted to acquaint Belarusian and Russian society with a ready-made option that would not give soil for speculation,” he explained.
On September 9, Putin and Lukashenko negotiate in the Kremlin. They launched more than three hours. The leaders agreed on 28 programs within the framework of the Allied State. Later, the official representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov said that the topic of the creation of the Allied Parliament of Russia and Belarus is an exeveral issue and until the subject discussion is conducted.
The Russian government has published these programs. Among them – rapprochement of macroeconomic policies, integration of information systems on the marking of goods, the harmonization of tax and customs legislation, the formation of the combined gas markets, oil, petroleum products and electrical energy.
