Psychologist Alexey Roshchin in a conversation with NSN revealed the reasons for the hate of Russians to their work. In his opinion, recently, the voltage at work increases on a number of objective reasons, and people begin to perceive labor activity as “straps”, do not get pleasure.
Specialist clarified that work in joy is the norm, despite some difficulties. He noted that Ideally, you need to go to work as a holiday, but it happens not always, for the most part it is perceived as a sad necessity, to which the strength, nerves and time are spent.
Roshchin noted that recently the degree of operation has greatly increased in Russia, for example, when employers try to cut lunch breaks, strengthen controls or install cameras to monitor employees.
“people see that the size of operation increases, they do not literally breathe, of course, they do not like it, they are not satisfied. These unfriendly measures from the employer do not contribute to anything good, in such a company there will be a constant teaching,” said psychologist.
he added that the policies of many companies spoils relations in the team, including creating an atmosphere of evil competition, infringement, threats of reduction. At the same time, to show discontent with the authorities, which suits the negative during the workflow, is unsafe, so irritation often splashes on colleagues.
Roshchin explained that the real professional should not worry and endure the unworthy behavior of colleagues or employers, since it can easily find a new job. In this case, it is not afraid of dismissal, shows less aggression. The specialist recommended not to worry about the loss of work and concluded that if the conditions are not satisfied very much, it is better to go and get to another company.
Previously, representatives of the Superjob service conducted a survey, based on the results of which they learned from Russians, whether they were ready to work for a black or gray salary. According to analysts, about 39 percent of respondents are ready to receive salary “in envelopes”. At the same time in 2019 and in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, 60 percent of Russians were agreed to work with a black or gray wage. During the self-isolation period, this figure decreased to 46 percent.
