In the Russian module “Star” at the International Space Station (ISS) there was a fire. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the translated NASA Creas negotiations with the Moscow Region Control Center.
Cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky said that around 05:00 Moscow time at the station worked alarm, the crew sees smoke and feels the smell. Later, the instruments showed the presence of harmful burning products. Framework occurred in the area of the medical cabinet of the module.
