About 59 percent of residents of South Korea resigned to Coronavirus and are ready to consider a pandemic as an integral part of everyday life. This is evidenced by the results of a sociological survey, reports TASS with reference to the Seoul Shinmun newspaper.
Total researchers interviewed 500 adult citizens of the country. It turned out that most of the representatives of all age groups, with the exception of the category from 20 to 29 years old, supported the “Life with COVID-19” scheme, involving a return to a dock lifestyle.
34 percent of respondents against the recognition of coronavirus part of everyday life. Another 7 percent of respondents found it difficult to answer.
According to Reuters, the “Life with COVID-19” scheme can be enacted at the end of October, when at least 70 percent of the population will be vaccinated in the country. Such an approach implies removal of restrictions and is focused on patient treatment, and not attempts to keep the spread of infection.
