A way to double chances for asymptomatic development of COVID-19

British doctors found out that grafted patients are about twice as much more often tolerant COVID-19 asymptomatic and 66 percent less often need hospitalization than the sick people who did not receive a vaccine. Such conclusions are named in the Lancet Infectious Diseases magazine.

So, the chances of the development of asymptomatic forms of COVID-19 grew by 63 percent after the first dose of vaccinations and 94 percent after the second. “The probability of hospitalization of graft patients was 70 percent lower compared to those patients who did not receive vaccinations,” the study said.

British doctors under the leadership of Claire Stevet, a senior scientist of the Royal College of London found that only 0.5 percent of the vaccinated one dose of the drug of people became infected with coronavirus, and 0.2 percent got sick after the full course of vaccinations.

also scientists recorded a sharp decline in the frequency of development of explicit forms of COVID-19 and in the likelihood of the emergence of long-term symptoms of infection. At the same time, both of these indicators were approximately 1.5-2 times lower among vaccinated British than among people who had not yet received vaccination. The probability of hospitalization of patients with two vaccine doses was also about 70 percent lower.

Previously, the Deputy Director for the scientific work of the Central Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Alexander Gorelov said that protection against coronavirus is produced in 82 percent of those who have suffered infection. The study of Rospotrebnadzor showed that almost every fifth-overwhelmed COVID-19 Russian – in 18 percent – antibodies did not produce.
