According to him, the RKK “Energy” is responsible for the work of the equipment outside of its terms of operation.

In April, the general director of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, said that Russia, after leaving the ISS project, allows the transfer of NASA of the Russian segment of the orbital laboratory.
