Share of those in need of loans before salary of Russians has grown sharply

By the end of the second quarter, the number of Russians with microcredits increased to 11.9 million people, which is almost a quarter (23.5 percent) more than at the beginning of the year. About this with reference to the statistics of the largest in the market of the Self-Regulatory Organization “Peace” writes RBC.

The share of countries in need before salary of Russians has grown even more sharply if they evaluate it in relation to the economically active population. According to Rosstat, in the middle of the year the number was 75.3 million people, that is, with a microcredit was every sixth.

According to the calculations of the “World” for the second quarter, microfinance organizations (MFIs) issued 7.9 million new loans with a total of 104.6 billion rubles. Since the beginning of the year, the amount approached 200 billion rubles – it’s a third more than in the second half of 2020.

CEO of IDF Eurasia (Brand Moneyman) Irina compelled such a dynamics in the lack of growth in the revenues of Russians, which is superimposed on the rise in prices. According to her, old customers go for money, and previously not anti-loans by citizens.

I agree with it by the Managing Partner of the Finbridge (brands “Money at once, Lemon.online) Leonid Kornilov, who added that people against the background of the recovery of the economy may hope for income in the future. In turn, the general director of EqVanta (Brand “High-Study”) Andrei Klemenov suggested that those who have already lost access to bank loans due to tightening rules became new clients.

Previously, an increase in the number of microloans by 70 percent compared with the same period last year was reported by the National Bureau of Credit Stories (NBS). Only in July, citizens took 2.3 million loans by the amount of up to 30 thousand rubles
