The Ministry of Labor plans to change the rules for the accrual of social benefits on children from three to seven years, lonely parents and pregnant women who have taken into account in the early stages. This was stated by the deputy head of Mintruda and the candidate for deputies of the State Duma Olga Batalina, her words lead “news.”
According to the deputy, the Ministry of Internal Affairs regularly monitors feedback from citizens who seek social support measures, so the changes will affect the property that belongs to people applying for social assistance.
“Taking into account this, changes are preparing to the rules for the provision of payments that will not take into account when appointing assistance, cars are wanted or under arrest,” said Bataline. She added that editing will be made until the end of the year.
Payments are appointed in the amount of 50, 75 and 100% of the regional subsistence minimum, and the applicants’ revenues and property are taken into account. According to the requirements, a family who has one apartment, a house, cottage, a garage, and a car can be able to apply for benefits. In the provision of state-owned, refuse, if in the family two and more car (except for cases, if we are talking about large families, families with disabled people, and also if the car was obtained thanks to social support measures).
Earlier, Russian pensioners clarified the procedure for obtaining payments in September. Citizens permanently residing in the territory of Russia and as of August 31, receiving pension through the Pension Fund will provide a one-time payment of 10 thousand rubles. All pensioners will receive money in September, the money will be paid in the same way as the usual pension.
