Thousands of Afghans can not get on board private rescue flights, as they are not allowed to aircraft. It is reported by The Wall Street Journal, with reference to human rights defenders, businessmen and military contractors.
At least one charter flight flew away from Kabul filled with only 50 out of 345 places. According to the businessman George Abi-Habiba, who organized a life jacket, refugees are delayed and not allowed to land “Taliban” (a terrorist organization forbidden in Russia) and military USA. They stop even those Afghans who have all the necessary documents. Abi-Habib said that the plane was waiting for passengers for several days, but could not take on board everyone and was forced to leave the country almost empty.
The staff of the Humanitarian organization FEMENA, supporting women human rights activists in the Middle East and North Africa and Asia, also reported difficulties with the yield of Afghans from the US Security Area. They declare that American soldiers did not allow more than 125 people to the airport, more than half of which are children, although refugees provided passports and paper confirmation of a place in the aircraft.
Afghans deprived access to the airport and new Taliban militant checkpoints.
The members of the terrorist movement stated that the road leading to Kabul International Airport was opened only for foreigners.
Previously, the former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton organized charter flights from Afghanistan to take out women in the risk group from the country. Clinton and other influential Americans donated money, actually rented airplanes.
