Samsung has released RAM 412 gigabytes module

Samsung announced the RAM 512 gigabyte. This is reported by the WCCFTECH edition.

The company has released the DDR5 RAM module at the HOTCHIPS 33 event. A gigabyte container can provide a data processing speed to 7.2 gigabits per second at a voltage of 1.1 volts. According to Samsung, the new format is superior to DDR4 in four indicators – performance, speed, capacity and power.

Corporation Engineers stated that compared to the DDR4 format, the new memory provides an increase in productivity by 40 percent, speed 2.2 times. Great tire efficiency – 18 percent – is achieved by built-in PMIC power management, which reduces the need for low voltage.

Development provided by the company is intended primarily for data centers. SAMSUNG clarified that they are not going to stop there and in the future will present the memory modules DDR5 with a container into one terabyte.

Samsung believes that DDR5 will become the main standard for computing by 2023-2024.

In July, it became known that ZTE prepares a smartphone with a record amount of memory. The device must exit RAM 20 gigabyte with a capacity.
