“The leadership of the Taliban movement has not previously stated, which focuses only on the internal agenda, and has no plans for external expansion,” said Kazakbaev.

According to the head of the department, there are generally accepted systemic algorithms of actions and activities to ensure security, and Kyrgyzstan takes the same measures as other states of Central Asia.

Earlier, the head of the Union of Veterans of Afghanistan Franz Klintsevich predicted the terrorists from the post-Soviet republics to Russia due to the actions of the representatives of the Taliban movement (prohibited in Russia). According to Klintsevich, Western authorities are interested in destabilizing the situation in Central Asia – the relevant strategy adopted by the special services.
