In the framework of the national project “Increase labor productivity and employment support” Proton-PM (enters the integrated NGO structure of Energomash State Corporation “Roskosmos”) doubled the percentage of useful use of the determining mechanical processing equipment.

Currently, the percentage of useful use of progressive equipment managed to increase by 2-2.5 times, as much as possible – to 66%, and the labor productivity of the main workers is 1.7 times.
At the start of the project, the Working Group studied the production of cabinet parts in the workshop and determined the main directions of optimization: an increase in the useful loading of equipment, a decrease in the process of proceeding process, improving the development of basic workers and reducing incomplete production volumes. To achieve your goals, instruments such as flow mapping, production analysis, quick caller, system 5C and others are applied. As a result, by July 2021, the process of flowing the process decreased by 32.3%, the production of workshops increased by 14%, and loading progressive equipment – from 44 to 68%.
Recall that Proton-PM in 2019, among the first companies in the region, joined the priority program “Increase labor productivity and employment support in the Perm Territory” today has the status of the National Project. The company signed an agreement with the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Perm Territory, as well as with the Foundation “Regional Engineering Center”.
