Estonia: installed a monument to anti-Soviet nationalists

In Estonia, the solemn opening of the monument to “Forest Brothers” was held. According to the Telegram channel “before all. Well, almost”, the wooden monument appeared in the village of Hyuti Võru district in the south-east of the country.

Memorial is a wooden sculpture depicting three anti-Soviet rebels carrying a woman with the Estonian flag in his hands. The monument was created on the initiative of two organizations – the “Union of the former Estonian Forest Brothers” and “Society of Broken Vasilka”. The latter is widely known for its activities to perpetuate the memory of the victims of Soviet repression.

“Forest Brothers” in Estonia informally refer to members of the underground armed formations of nationalists, the main peak of the activity of which came on the years of World War II and the next decade. The rebels conducted activities not only in Estonia, but also in other countries of Baltic – Latvia and Lithuania. During World War II, the Nazis actively attracted members of the association to participate in punitive promotions. Some of them became members of the 20th SS division. Nevertheless, in Estonia “Forest Brothers” are considered national heroes.

In the meantime, the Belarusian TV presenter Gregory Azarenok in his program in the Belarusian TV channel of GTS broke out an angry Tiraja, calling European politicians “degdants and mutants.” The German Nazism is the lead called the “quintessence of Western civilization”, the book of Adolf Hitler “Main Campf” (recognized in Russia with extremist material) – its Bible, and Europe and America – a geopolitical “halfupour”, which “decomposes, and this stench extends everywhere, threatened to suffer humanity. “
