According to the source, 145 special forces who came to freedom came to freedom after passing the power and flight from the country of the former President of Ashraf Ghani.

On August 17, the Taliban declared an universal amnesty for former government officials and called for them to resume work in state institutions. At the same time it became known that some of the high-ranking representatives of the former authorities of Afghanistan were detained by supporters of the Taliban or disappeared after establishing the Taliban control over the country.

On the evening of August 16, Uzbek security forces were detained on the border with Afghanistan more than 150 military and civilians who tried to illegally penetrate the country, fleeing from the Taliban.
