Russia: there will be free from taxes territory

President of the President in the Far East, Vice Prime Minister Yuri Trutnev said that the Russian government plans to create a free tax zone on the Kuril Islands, almost offshore, reports RBC.

Trutnev said that “practically offshore” will appear in the country – respectively, the smokes will become almost free from the taxes of the territory. In addition, enterprises and people engaged in investment and commercial activities on the islands will not be obligations of tax payments.

“We will offer that at least for ten years, until these rates work, and there will be no inspections,” said the Deputy Prime Minister. He added that specific numbers are currently discussed.

Earlier, Trutnev reported that the government will increase the pace of development smoked in the next five years. This will help put an end to talk about these territories, he noted.
