More than 100 employees of the protection of the British Embassy in Kabul were denied evacuation from Afghanistan. It is reported by the British newspaper The Guardian.
According to the publication, the British authorities refused them in evacuation due to the fact that employees were hired by a third-party contractor. It is specified that many of the Afghans worked at the embassy for more than 10 years.
Earlier in the US State Department reported that Albania, Uganda, Mexico and Chile were offered to accommodate the Afghans who helped the United States. “As for those who filed a special immigration visa, but not yet at the right stage, as for vulnerable Afghans who do not participate in the program of obtaining special immigration visas, we received generous offers from countries around the world,” said Price.
