Militants of the terrorist movement “Taliban” (forbidden in Russia) brutally tortured and killed by representatives of the Afghan ethnic minority, the Khazaras living in the province of Gazni. This is stated in the report of the human rights organization Amnesty International.
According to human rights defenders, the Taliban shot at least six Khazaraians, and three were still tortured. The muscles of the hand cut out one man, they tried to stir up with a scarf. Presumably, this happened in the period from 4 to 6 July.
Earlier, the Taliban was also accused of the fact that they began to search for those who helped the United States and NATO Afghans. This is stated in the secret document of the Norwegian Center for Global Analysis prepared for the UN. It is assumed that militants may have a list of the addresses of Afghans who collaborated with foreign forces.
