Movie Movement “Taliban” (forbidden in Russia) surrounded Kabul International Airport with their checkpoints. Residents of Afghanistan fear that militants at any time can ban them from the country. It is reported by TV channel “Al-Arabia”.
In a conversation with a TV channel, a high-ranking representative of the group said that the checkpoints located directly in the territory of the international airport named after Hamid Karzai, “are still under American control.” Taliban set their profits only on the external perimeter of the object.
they want “to ensure safety and prevent the breakthrough of the inorganized masses of people.” The main goal of these events is to avoid repetition of panic, which occurred at the airport and led to the death of people.
August 15, after capturing Kabul by the militants of the “Taliban” grouping, panic began in the city. Afghans, presumably, previously cooperating with the coalition troops, tried to escape, clinging to the chassis of the aircraft. After the plane took off, people could not resist and fell to the ground. In total, a minimum of 12 people died at Kabul airport, about 30 were injured.
