Estonia will take another 20 refugees from Afghanistan

Estonia agreed to take another 20 Afghan refugees. It is reported by Telegram-channel “Sputnik near abroad.”

It is noted that their number includes employees who served the Estonian military contingent or collaborated with human rights organizations in Afghanistan.

In the Estonian government, they decided that refugees were evacuated on allies aircraft, as soon as there were places for them.

Premier Estonian Prime Minister Kai Kallas declared the country’s readiness to assist the Afghan people in the resolution of the humanitarian crisis. She added that the authorities of the republic will be able to take “up to ten refugees.”

On August 15, representatives of the “Taliban” radical movement (prohibited in Russia) announced the taking under the control of the entire territory of Afghanistan. Many States began to complete diplomances in the country and evacuate from there their citizens, and some countries agreed to host Afghan refugees. Islamic radicals emphasized that in the near future will also announce the creation of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
