Taliban (a terrorist organization forbidden in Russia) wanted to peacefully solve the conflict in the province of Panjscher, which is currently under the control of the forces of Afghan resistance. This was stated by the representative of Taliban Muhammad Naim, reports “Sputnik Tajikistan”.
According to Naim, the situation in the region is not acute. “We want to solve this question through mutual understanding,” the representative of the group emphasized.
Panjscher is the only province in Afghanistan, where none of the seven districts moved to the Taliban. There were some of the Afghan politicians, including the son of the National Hero of Afghanistan Ahmad Masood Jr. and Vice-President of Amplla Saleh.
Previously, the son of the legendary field commander Ahmad Shah Masuda announced the organization of resistance to the militants of the Taliban radical movement. He requested support for the potential allies in Europe, the United States and Arab countries, recalling that they had previously helped Afghans “in the struggle for freedom first against the Soviet Union, and then against the Taliban 20 years ago.”
Vice-President of the Country of Amplla Saleh leads active battles with the Taliban. Resistance soldiers beat off the Charikar district in the Taliban in Parwa province and continued fierce battles in Panjshether.
