By the end of the year, the cost of producing the procetable content aimed at the formation of civil identity and spiritual and moral values ​​among young people, “will grow more than three times – from 3 billion rubles to 10 billion. Additional seven billion from the Government Reserve Fund will receive Ano “Institute of Internet Development”. It is assumed that funds will go to about 200 Internet projects so that they were created until December 31 of the current year.

However, the source in the presidential administration indicated that the timing could be moved. However, he also noted that in 2022 the costs of useful, from the point of view of the state, the content may grow one and a half times, and in the future – and twice.

The head of the Institute of Internet Development Anton Kleikin expects the money to interest Gazprom-Media, Channel One, VGTRK, RT, Yandex and other major market players. Priority will give projects where co-financing is supposed.

To decide who will go to the money will be the production council, which will include manufacturers of audiovisual content, producers, representatives of ANO “National Priorities”, Foundation Cinema, Foundation for Presidential Grants and Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. The head of the Council will be the deputy general director of the national media group Vyacheslav Murugov.

Above it will be an existing supervisory board under the leadership of the Deputy Administration of the Presidential Administration Sergey Kiriyenko. This authority will approve the rules for the selection of projects and follow their implementation.

Founder of the Association of Web Content Manufacturers, Chill Cinema Founder Anton Kalinkin doubted that the money will be spent efficiently. He noticed that the artistic language for the production of modern content, which is perceived by a young audience, does not always coincide with what they are expected to be responsible for the distribution of money.

Earlier, the first vice-president of the Russian Foundation of the World, Head of the Monitoring Center “Security 2.0” Elena Sutorsmina appealed to the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina with a proposal to portray the Russian flag on each bank card released in the country. In her opinion, the Tricolor will contribute to the promotion of patriotism and the preservation of spiritual and moral values.
